This busy retail center in Bellingham had faded fire lanes that were becoming a liability issue. We performed a night-shift restripe to minimize disruption to businesses. The project included 150+ stalls, 800 feet of red fire curb, and new "No Parking" stencils.

ADA parking compliance upgrade in Lynden WA — blackout and re-stripe with van-accessible aisles

ADA Compliance Upgrade

We brought this older parking lot up to current 2025 standards. The job involved blacking out old, non-compliant markings and installing new 8-foot access aisles with Van-Accessible signage. We used high-visibility blue and white traffic paint to ensure clear accessibility for all patrons.
